Our policies are designed to be friendly to you and fair to both of us. We will always work with you, the customer, to make sure your experience with Kathy's Kreme of the Kropp is a good one. We'd like nothing better than for you to tell other people about us!

Cancellation Policy
1. Products in stock:
If we are shipping from our existing inventory, you may cancel your order up until the day it ships with no penalty whatsoever. We will refund you the entire amount of your deposit.

2. Products shipping direct from the manufacturer:

When we order on your behalf from one of our manufacturers, we may be obligated to purchase the products ordered. If you cancel your order before it ships, we may apply a restocking charge equivalent to 10% of the purchase price. However, in most cases, our suppliers will work with us and allow cancellations with no penalties. Many retailers will not allow order cancellations or will charge a much higher restocking fee

Returns and Exchanges: Please read this section carefully
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will exchange the product or refund the cost of your purchase*. This includes your cost of shipping the return back to us. Please note however, that we may apply a restocking charge of up to 20% of the purchase price for returns of certain items. This is only to help cover a portion of the costs associated with the return.  At no time will we attempt to profit from a purchase you are dissatisfied with.  Products that you wish to exchange or return must be in original condition, and must include all packaging materials, and accessories. Please ship your order back to us via UPS if possible. Your account will be credited when the merchandise is received back.  Returns should be sent to:

If your item shipped via a truck line, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. .

* You have up to 15 days to request a refund or exchange.
* We cannot accept any returns on custom items

Refused Shipments
It is much easier if you cancel your order before it ships. If your order ships and you refuse the shipment, we will be obliged to charge you up to  20% of the order value for restocking plus the cost of the round-trip freight. This does not apply in the case of items damaged in transit, of course. If you refuse a shipment for a reason other than freight damage, please make sure the product is returned to Kathy's Kreme of the Kropp at the above address, and not to the manufacturer.

Product Assembly
Many of the products we offer have some sort of limited assembly required due to shipping restraints.   Typically, for most products this is quite simple and takes only a few minutes.  However, please be aware that some of the bigger items can take addional time to assemble. 

Damages / Defective Product
It is an unfortunate fact that, once in a great while, products may get damaged at the factory or in transit. If your order arrives and it there is obvious, visible damage, please refuse shipment and notify us immediately. Do not accept or sign for the shipment. We will have the manufacturer send a replacement and we will handle the shipping issues on our end. Typically, these replacement orders take much less time than the original order.

If you find your product has been damaged after you unpack it, please notify us and we will issue a call tag or pick up order. We will have the manufacturer send a replacement.
